A typical A4 menu cover weighs approx. 180–320 g depending on material. 50 pcs fit comfortably in one DHL box (approx. 8–12 kg). DHL Express delivers to most European and Middle East addresses in 5–7 working days.

- Gold foil stamping — the most popular option for fine dining. Sharp, premium look. Requires vector artwork (AI or EPS).

How to Submit Artwork
- Send vector files (AI, EPS, PDF with outlined fonts) via email or WeTransfer.
- Bitmap images (JPG, PNG) accepted at 300 dpi minimum for embossing.
- If you don’t have a vector file, our team can trace your logo for a small fee.
- We’ll send a digital proof (dieline + logo placement) before production starts.
Colour Matching
- Leather colours are matched to Pantone swatches on request.
- Note: natural leather has slight batch-to-batch variation — this is a characteristic of genuine leather, not a defect.
- For strict colour consistency, PU leather is recommended.
Step-by-Step Process
- 1. Send your enquiry — fill in the quote form with product type, quantity, size, colour and logo details. We reply within 24 hours with pricing.
- 2. Confirm the sample — pay the sample fee (typically $15–40 per sample, credited back on production order). We dispatch the physical sample within 7 working days via DHL.
- 3. Approve & place order — once you’re happy with the sample, confirm the production order. We require 50% deposit to start production.
- 4. Production & QC — production takes 15–25 working days. Before shipping, we conduct an on-site inspection and send you a photo/video report.
- 5. Delivery — balance payment, then we ship via DHL Express. Most European and Middle East orders arrive within 5–7 working days. Full tracking provided.
Payment Terms
- Sample orders — 100% upfront. Sample fee credited back on first production order.
- Production orders — 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment.
- Accepted methods — PayPal, Wise (TransferWise), bank wire (T/T). We do not accept credit cards directly.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces per SKU — meaning per size and colour combination. If you need two sizes (A4 and A5), each requires a minimum of 50 pieces. We are one of the few China suppliers willing to accept orders this small; most factories require 200–500 pieces minimum.
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. We dispatch a physical sample via DHL within 7 working days of artwork approval. The sample fee is typically $15–40 per piece depending on complexity, and this fee is credited back against your first production order.
Production typically takes 15–25 working days after sample approval and deposit payment. Rush production (10–15 days) may be possible for an additional charge — please let us know your deadline when you enquire. DHL delivery adds 5–7 working days on top of production time.
We offer full-grain cowhide leather, PU (synthetic) leather, bonded leather, and vegan/water-resistant synthetic options. Full-grain is the most premium — it develops a patina over time and is preferred for fine dining. PU is more cost-effective, easier to wipe clean, and has consistent colour — popular for casual dining chains. We’ll recommend the right grade for your use case and budget.
Yes, any size is possible. Just send us your menu dimensions (width × height when open, or when closed) and we’ll produce covers to match. There is no additional tooling charge for custom sizes at our factory.
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL Express from Guangzhou. Most orders to Germany, UK, France, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar arrive within 5–7 working days. All shipments include full tracking. Import duties may apply depending on your country — please check local regulations. For EU buyers, we can provide the necessary customs documentation.
We are based in Shiling — minutes from the factories we work with. Before every order ships, we conduct a physical on-site inspection and send you a photo and video report showing the finished goods. You can flag any concerns before the order leaves China. This is a genuine advantage over middlemen who manage factories remotely.
