There are no hidden setup fees, no tooling charges, and no die-cutting fees for standard sizes. Logo embossing setup is included in your sample cost, which is credited back against your first production order.

The 50-piece minimum applies per SKU — which means per product type, per colour, per size combination. For example: if you want A4 menu covers in tan brown, that is one SKU requiring a minimum of 50 pieces. If you also want A5 menu covers in black, that is a second SKU requiring another 50 pieces minimum. If you want both sizes in the same colour, that is still two SKUs (2 × 50 = 100 pieces total).
No — the minimum is per product type, not across all products combined. You cannot order 25 menu covers and 25 check presenters to reach 50 pieces. Each product requires its own minimum of 50 pieces. This is a factory requirement, not a policy we can change.
No. For the products we offer, custom sizing does not require any additional tooling fee. The factories we work with cut to order using standard pattern-cutting methods — no dies or moulds are required. The only setup cost is your logo embossing stamp, which is included in the sample fee and credited back on your first production order.
We cannot go below 50 pieces on production orders — this is the factory floor for the economics to work. However, if you genuinely need fewer than 50 pieces (for example, 20 pieces for a single small venue), contact us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether anything is possible. Sometimes we can aggregate small orders across clients for standard products.
It is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend it — especially for first orders. A physical sample lets you check the leather quality, logo execution, colour accuracy and dimensions before committing to 50+ pieces. The sample fee is credited back on your first production order, so it costs you nothing in the end. Buyers who skip sampling occasionally receive goods with minor issues that a sample would have caught — and fixing problems after goods arrive in your country is expensive and slow.
Once you have an approved order, we keep your specifications on file — product, size, colour, logo embossing stamp and approved sample reference. Reorders are placed with a single email confirming quantity and delivery address. You do not need to go through the sampling process again. Same price (subject to raw material changes), same lead time, same quality. This is especially useful for hotels that replenish key card holders or restaurants that replace worn menu covers.
We accept PayPal, Wise (TransferWise) and bank wire transfer (T/T). For sample orders, we require 100% payment upfront. For production orders, we require 50% deposit to start production and 50% balance before shipment. PayPal and Wise provide buyer protection for first-time orders — we understand that paying a new supplier in China requires trust, and we actively support payment methods that reduce your risk.
