Leather colour looks different under different light sources.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Logo impression:<\/strong> check the embossing depth and definition. For blind emboss, is the impression deep enough to be legible? For foil stamp, is the foil adhering cleanly to the edges of the logo?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cover dimensions:<\/strong> measure the cover against your menu insert. The insert should sit inside the cover with a 5\u20138 mm margin on each side.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interior:<\/strong> check any internal pockets, card slots or pen loops. Insert the actual items you intend to use \u2014 your menu insert, your payment card, your pen \u2014 and confirm they fit correctly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stitching:<\/strong> run your thumb along the stitching lines. Thread should be consistent and secure with no loose ends.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Closure (if specified):<\/strong> open and close the cover ten times. A magnetic closure should snap cleanly; a press-stud should click securely.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weight and feel:<\/strong> hold the cover as a guest would.
